Off-Road Clubs / Owners Clubs
If you haven’t already, consider joining your local, and indeed national, Off-Road or Owners Club. These are a mixture of like-minded people who organise days out laning to die-hard marque specific groups who will shoot you on sight if you turned up in a Toyota Land Cruiser 80 series to their Land Rover Range Rover Classic meeting… Of course I am only joking, we’re all a friendly bunch really…
What can you expect from your club?
- Monthly meetings/socials
- Regular Green-Laning tours which are usually free
- Special social events, like weekend camping & BBQs in the summer
- Some organise training for newbies (and oldies come to think of it)
- Some organise competitions
Personally I’ve joined a few local groups and one national one which is specific to my vehicle (Land Rover Range Rover L405).
If you want your club adding to the group, or if you find an error with this listing, please email peter@gogreenlaning.com and we’ll get it added/corrected/removed as appropriate.
