Magazines and further reading

Knowledge is POWER! Also, pretty pictures. Here’s a run-down of the off-road / 4×4 magazines I read on a regular basis.

4x4 Magazine

I’m still awaiting my first copy to land. Rest assured once it does, I’ll give you my two penn’orth on it.

The Landy

Half Newspaper, half magazine. Nobodies quite sure what The Landy is (it’s printed on newspaper type paper, but delivered monthly).

All I know is that if you’re a Land Rover man (like me), then it’s essential to have this little beauty dropping through your door*

* Yes, you can pick up a free copy from your Local Land Rover Specialist. But with  diesel costing the same as scorpion venom (£29.7m a gallon). It makes way more sense to get it delivered!

The Mud Life 4x4 Magazine

Formerly “The Mud Life Magazine”. The editor added in “4×4” to the title. One can only assume he was contacted on a regaulr basis by mud fetishists.

Anyway, it’s a great read. Full of content, beautifully put together and what’s more it’s abso-bloody-lutely free.
